Growing as Holy Listeners
Pastors will experiment with relinquishing the need to fix, prescribe, or problem-solve for those they counsel, and discover a new way to sit with others in their hopes, desires, fears, and joys.

Gathering Together for the Sake of the City
Pastors will learn how to practically cultivate spaces where other spiritual leaders from across the body of Christ can gather for good food, deep fellowship, and discovering God’s will for their city.

Finding Places to Know and be Known
Pastors will be connected to Spiritual Directors and Friends who can offer safe spaces for transparent reflection, discernment, and an invitation to simply “be.”
